Creator program

Give your audience 20% off. Keep 20% of the first term.

Two apps, one program. Your own code, your own install link, and a real cut of every subscription you send our way — paid in cash, not credit.

Applications are open now. LockIn is live on the App Store, so LockIn codes and links are issued as soon as an application is approved. InvoiceMe is still pre-launch; its codes follow the day it ships.

The deal

Three things, no small print.

We'd rather explain the whole thing on one screen than bury it in a terms page.

01

A code that's yours

A unique App Store code good for 20% off. Your audience redeems it at checkout and pays less than everyone else.

02

A link that's yours

Your own install link, so you can drop one URL in a bio or a description and be done with it.

03

20% of the first term

Of what Apple actually pays us — see the exact numbers below. We show you the maths rather than a percentage with an asterisk.

The numbers

Here's every dollar, and where it goes.

Most programs quote a percentage of the sticker price and quietly pay a percentage of something smaller. Ours is 20% of net on what your audience actually pays with their 20%-off code — and this is the whole table.

Plan Sticker Audience pays Apple pays us You get We keep
LockIn Monthly $9.99 $7.99 $6.79 $1.36 $5.43
LockIn Yearly $49.99 $39.99 $33.99 $6.80 $27.19
InvoiceMe Monthly $9.99 $7.99 $6.79 $1.36 $5.43
InvoiceMe Yearly $95.99 $76.79 $65.27 $13.05 $52.22

Every code is 20% off, so "Audience pays" is the real charge — not the sticker price. Apple takes 15% of that before we see a cent — the gap between "Audience pays" and "Apple pays us" — and your 20% comes out of the number after that. A cheaper subscription is a smaller cheque for both of us, which is the whole reason this table starts from what's actually charged, not the sticker price nobody in this program pays.

How it works

Apply once. The code does the rest.

No dashboard to check, no links to rebuild every month, nothing to invoice us for.

  1. Apply

Tell us who you are and where your audience lives. We read every application ourselves — no form letter, no algorithm.

  2. Get your code and link on approval

Approved creators get a unique 20%-off code and their own install link as soon as their application is approved. Your code is what tracks your referrals — it is the receipt, not the honour system.

  3. Your audience saves, you earn

Someone redeems your code for 20% off and subscribes. That subscription is attributed to you automatically — nothing for you to log or chase.

  4. We pay you when Apple pays us

20% of what Apple actually pays us on their first subscription term. Apple settles roughly 30–45 days after the month closes; your payout follows.

Apply

Tell us about your audience.

Two minutes. We reply to every application, including the ones we turn down.

Where you're paid from matters for tax. We'll ask for the rest later.

Which apps do you want to promote?

Pick at least one. You can promote both with separate codes.

We use your details to review your application and, if you're in, to issue your code and pay you. Nothing else, and never sold on — see our privacy policy.

Questions

The bits people always ask.

When do I actually get my code?

For LockIn, as soon as your application is approved — it is live on the App Store and Apple issues the code the moment we approve you. For InvoiceMe, the day it ships: discount codes for an iPhone subscription have to be issued by Apple, and we can't create one before the app is live and approved. Applying now puts you in the first batch.

What does "20% of net" actually mean?

Start from what your audience actually pays — the $9.99 sticker price with their 20%-off code applied is $7.99. Apple keeps 15% of that before we see a cent. What's left is what lands in our account — that's "net" — and you get 20% of it: $1.36 on a LockIn monthly subscription. We quote it this way because quoting 20% of the sticker price would mean paying you out of money we never received.

Is the 20% off exact?

Close, not exact. Apple doesn't let a discount code apply an arbitrary percentage — it applies the nearest price Apple already offers in each country's own price list, the same list your subscription's regular price comes from. We always round down to the nearest available price, never up, so your audience gets 20% off or a little more — never less — but the exact figure can vary slightly by country. The numbers on this page use the closest match in our home market.

First term only — so no recurring cut?

Correct, and we'd rather say it plainly than let you find out in month two. You earn on the first subscription term each person you refer buys — their first month, or their first year if they take the annual plan. A yearly InvoiceMe subscription pays you $13.05 on its own, which is why the annual plans are worth pointing at.

When do I get paid?

Once Apple pays us. Apple settles roughly 30–45 days after the end of the month a subscription was bought in, and we pay out after that lands. It's slower than we'd like, and it's honest: we're not going to promise you money that's still sitting with Apple, and we're not going to pay out on subscriptions that get refunded a week later.

Do I need a following in the hundreds of thousands?

No. A small audience that trusts you converts better than a big one that scrolls past. We care more about whether these apps are genuinely useful to the people who watch you than about the number next to your name.

What if my audience refunds?

Then no commission is owed on it — that's part of why we wait for Apple to settle before paying. There's nothing to claw back from you afterwards, which we think is the less unpleasant version of the same rule.
