LockIn · iOS
LockIn questions, answered.
Does LockIn really charge me money?
No. Earlier builds offered an optional real-money stake on an alarm; that feature was removed on 1 August 2026. The only thing LockIn can charge is the optional subscription, through your Apple ID, and the price is always shown in the app before you pay.
What happens when I complete the mission?
The alarm stops and your streak goes up. You can see your progress — streaks and completed missions — inside the app.
What is the screen-time bank?
Optional. Pick the apps that distract you and LockIn keeps them shut until you’ve earned minutes. Your wake-up mission makes the first deposit; gym time, focus sessions, a made bed or a tidy space add more, up to 90 minutes a day.
Does it work in Silent mode and Focus?
Yes. LockIn is built on Apple’s AlarmKit — the same framework behind the built-in Clock app — so your alarm rings through Silent mode and Focus, at full volume.
What data does LockIn collect?
As little as we can get away with. Push-ups and squats are counted by the camera entirely on your iPhone; nothing is uploaded. Photo-proof missions — a made bed, the sky — send one downscaled photo for a single pass-or-fail check and then discard it; we keep the result, never the photo. If you connect sleep tracking, LockIn reads sleep data from Apple Health only after you grant permission, and you can revoke it any time in Settings. The full picture is in the LockIn privacy policy.
How much does LockIn cost?
LockIn will be free to download. Some features are part of an optional subscription, managed through your Apple ID — the price is always shown in the app before you pay, and you can cancel any time in your Apple ID settings.
What devices does LockIn support?
iPhone only, running iOS 26 or later. There is no iPad, Apple Watch, Mac or Android version.
InvoiceMe · iOS
InvoiceMe questions, answered.
Who is InvoiceMe for?
Tradies and service pros — electricians, plumbers, carpenters, landscapers, cleaners, and anyone who quotes and invoices from a ute or a van. If you would rather be on the tools than doing paperwork at the kitchen table, it is built for you.
Will it work with my accounting software?
That is the plan. InvoiceMe will push scanned receipts to Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks, so your bookkeeper or accountant sees them without you forwarding a thing. We will confirm which integrations are ready on day one closer to launch.
How does InvoiceMe handle GST?
Automatically. Every quote and invoice calculates GST and itemises it — subtotal, GST and total including GST — so your clients see exactly what they are paying. It is built for Australian GST at 10% and New Zealand GST at 15%.
Where does my data live?
Your quotes, invoices, receipts and job photos are stored securely, encrypted in transit and at rest. You can ask for a copy of your data, or have it deleted, by emailing support@toolsai.app. The full picture is in the InvoiceMe privacy policy.
How much does InvoiceMe cost?
InvoiceMe will run on a straightforward subscription managed through your Apple ID. The price is shown in the app before you pay, and you can cancel any time in your Apple ID settings — no contracts.
Is InvoiceMe available outside Australia and New Zealand?
Not yet. InvoiceMe launches in Australia and New Zealand first — GST handling, terminology and defaults are built for both. Other regions may follow later.
