Cloyra · Legal · Pre-launch
Cloyra privacy policy.
Cloyra hasn’t launched yet. This page states our intent for how it will handle your data — the real, reviewed policy replaces this before launch.
Not yet in effect — pre-launch
The short version
- Cloyra listens to your sales calls in real time and analyses the conversation to help you — the account holder — close the deal. That processing is for your benefit only.
- We do not sell your data or your prospects’ data. There will be no ads in Cloyra.
- Recording another person’s call has legal requirements of its own, separate from this policy — see “Recording other people” below.
- This is a pre-launch draft, not the final policy. It will be replaced with an accurate one, read by a solicitor, before Cloyra is available to sign up for.
Who we are
Cloyra is being built by ToolsAi Pty Ltd (ABN 73 698 152 902), an independent software company based in Sydney, Australia (“ToolsAi”, “we”, “us”). This policy will cover the Cloyra web app once it launches. Our website has its own privacy policy.
What Cloyra is intended to process
Once live, Cloyra is expected to process:
- Your account details — email and sign-in identifier.
- Call audio and/or a transcript of your sales calls, so the AI can analyse the conversation in real time.
- Deal context you add — for example prospect name, deal stage or notes — where Cloyra offers that kind of tracking.
Recording other people
A sales call has at least one other person on it who isn’t the Cloyra account holder. Recording or analysing a call may require their consent, depending on where you and they are — some places require only your consent, others require everyone’s. Getting that consent is your responsibility as the person running the call; Cloyra is a tool, not legal advice on when you’re allowed to use it.
What we intend to never do
- Never sell call data, transcripts or account information.
- Never show ads or share data with ad networks.
- Never use your calls to train third-party AI models without your consent.
Retention and deletion
We intend to keep call data and transcripts only while your account is active, and delete them within 30 days of account closure, except records we’re legally required to keep. You will be able to request deletion at any time by emailing support@toolsai.app.
Waitlist signups
If you join the Cloyra waitlist by email, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to tell you when Cloyra is ready to sign up for, and keep it until then or until you ask to be removed — reply to any email from us, or write to support@toolsai.app.
Australian privacy law
We intend to handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and to apply the same standard to users and their call participants outside Australia.
